When it comes to heart patients or diabetic patients, Bad Cholesterol or LDL levels are something that haunts them day and night. There are basically two types of cholesterol in the body Good Cholesterol or HDL and Bad Cholesterol or LDL. High Density Lipoprotein (HDL) is a compound in the body that can reduce the risk of heart diseases or a stroke to a great extent whereas, Bad Cholesterol or LDL can reduce or revert the effects of HDL and can increase the risk of heart diseases. Basically, it is very important to control Bad Cholesterol so as to lead a healthy and sound life. So, here are some natural remedies and tips that can help you to control Bad Cholesterol and increase the Good Cholesterol levels in the body.


If taken in proper proportions these remedies can drastically bring down our body LDL levels or can control bad cholesterol within a short period of time. So, here we go!

According to a recent research conducted by Spanish Researchers Red wine can actually bring down the LDL to about 12% and rise HDL by about 4-5%. That’s actually huge! A Glass or Red Wine a day can be a great remedy to control bad cholesterol.
